Personality:
Slippy is a sweet and lovable dork. He tries to always look at the bright side of life. He's full of energy and willing to dive into things headfirst..which leads to trouble at times. When that happens, he turns into a total crybaby and turns to others for help. Despite his intelligence, he's very guillible and can be easily manipulated.
He's always there to cheer up others and is always willing to make a new friend with whoever he meets. He's also very oblivious on matters pertaining to romance and sex.

Relations with Other Characters

Fox, Falco and Peppy (Not in SBG): Together they form the Star Fox team, one of the most famous mercenary groups in the Lylat System. They are best know for defeating Andross and his forces during the Lylat Wars. Despite being the only one currently studying in SBG, Slippy keeps contact with them. 

Lucy: When Slippy and Fox were younger, Lucy would babysit them. She worked in Sumabura until she had to return home unexpectedly much to Slippy's sadness. They're very close to eachother to the point of sharing a loving sibling-like bond.
 

ROB: They originally met in Sex-Ed? where they were given the task of hatching an egg. As time passed the two grew closer to each other.  When ROB disappeared during the Gigi plot, Slippy couldn't help but worry over him. Slippy is secretly surprised by the fact that ROB has emotions. All robots he met prior to meeting ROB were pretty much souless machines that simply followed the orders of people. Slippy sees ROB as human to the point that he forgets that ROB is a robot on occasion. Slippy is one of the few people, ROB has shared his past with. ROB mysteriously left a few months ago.

Marine: Ship building buddies! Slippy helps her out when she needs help with repairs. When they we're brainwash, the two tried to lick eachother in order to get high. They've decided to never speak about it again. She sadly disappeared during the Aparoid War.

Scyther: While he was brainwashed, Slippy got into a fight with her and whacked her with a wrench several times. He still feels guilty over it.

Otacon: Leader of the Science Club that Slippy is a member of and fellow anime nerd.

Leon: Slippy's former humanization teacher. Despite them being from opposing teams, they put their differences aside and got along nicely...until Leon was injured during the Aparoid war. When Slippy went to visit him in the infirmary to question him about Wolf, he stumbled on some paperwork that showed that Leon had been paid by un unknown group to kill Beltino in September. Enraged, Slippy confronted Leon and even planned to shoot him but when he realized Leon had amnesia, he couldn't bring himself to do it. A few days afterwords, Leon disappeared.

Wolf: The leader of Star Wolf. The two decided cast their past run-ins aside and start fresh in SBG. The two slowly became friends to the point that Slippy began to look up to him. Then came the Aparoid Wars. During a battle against aparoid clones of the original Star Fox team, it was revealed that Wolf murdered James McCloud?. Slippy was horrified at the truth and hurt that Wolf hid this from him.

Slippy isn't sure how to treat Wolf now. Part of him still likes him and Wolf still treats him kindly even after the whole incident but Slippy still can't forgive him for what he did to James and for the lying. Slippy has yet to tell anyone about any of this, including the rest of Star Fox.

Kooper: BRB, hiding mistletoe in your side of the room! His current roommate. Slippy doesn't hang out with him as much as he did with Tricky but they do get along nicely.

Daisy: Slippy became friends with her alien clone and was a surprised when the truth was revealed. He has become good friends with the real one.

Knuckles: Even though they share a few classes together, they didn't really get to bond until that romantic night they repaired their cars together.

Fang: For some reason, Slippy likes to hang out with him even though he knows full well that Fang's bad news. They secretly make out to Bryan Adams. NO!

Lash: Explosion buddy! The two like to make explosives together and blow them up!

Lloyd: Other explosion buddy but Slippy doesn't get to see him as much.

Rawk Hawk: In order to help Slippy figure out his sexual orientation once and for all, Rawk Hawk and Ganon had the brilliant idea of having Ganon's harem grope Slippy. When that failed to turn him on, Rawk stripped Slippy down and attempted to seduce him. Instead of turning him on, Slippy was scared senseless and decided to become celibate as a result.

Beltino: (Not in SBG): Slippy's father. He and his wife live in Corneria City where he works as the director for Space Dynamics LTD. and for the Cornerian Military. He is a famed inventor and the one who taught his son all he knows about machinary. A hit was placed on Beltino by unknown sources which was almost carried out by Leon but Beltino escaped unharmed.

Bracket: Slippy and ROB's Kagorok. Bracket was born bald and frail but he soon grew into a healthy bird. Slippy loves Bracket to bits.


Backstory:
Slippy is the son of the great Beltino Toad, inventor and Research Director of for the Cornerian Defense Forces. At a young age, Slippy showed a talent for inventing just like his father. The boy's parents encouraged and helped him sharpen his talents.

Takes place a few months to a year after Star Fox 64. Slippy has been attending SBG since June of 2008.
