In short, Lugia is a big walloftext. Once you get him to start talking, he can go on for hours about the topic at hand until the person he is conversing with goes away.  He is pretty laid back about many things and it's really difficult to get on his bad side, but once you cross that invisible line, you're permanentaly on his "enemies" list.  He expects you to follow the given school rules, so if he catches you breaking one of them, you'll also end up on his list.

He trusts people easily at first. But as soon as the other breaks that trust, it is close to impossible to regain it.
